FAQ
How do I upload my handwriting?
It's super simple. You can upload your photo of the handwriting directly during the order process. A photo taken on your mobile phone will be absolutely fine, as long as it's well-lit and in focus!
What if my image isn't clear?
If we can't work with the photo you've sent, we'll contact you via email before we start engraving. We want you to be happy with the result.
How long does it take?
We're a small company and each piece is made with care, so please bear with us, we're not Amazon.
Do I get a preview?
If you'd like a preview, let me know in the comments section when you order. We don't normally provide a preview, but if you request one, I'm more than happy to send you one. Rest assured, we always craft the artwork and engraving with great care and attention to detail to closely match the photo you’ve provided.
