How do I upload my image?
It's super simple. You can upload your photo directly during the order process. A photo taken on your mobile phone will be absolutely fine, as long as it's well-lit and in focus!
What if my image isn't clear?
Usually I can make it work, but I want you to be happy with the result. So if the photo you've sent is problematic, I'll contact you via email before I start engraving.
How long does it take?
We're a small company and each piece is made with care. Usually I take 2 full working days for engraving and sending it off – and then the Royal Mail takes over. If you're in a hurry, please let me know, I'm sure I can make it work. Otherwise I aim for 5 working days from getting your image to you receiving it. If you send me a clear image from the start it will definitely help to speed things up. ♡
Do I get a preview?
If you'd like a preview, let me know in the comments section when you order. I don't normally provide a preview, but if you request one, I'm more than happy to send you one. Rest assured, I always craft the artwork and engraving with great care and attention to detail to closely match the photo you’ve provided.
