It's super simple. You can upload your photo directly during the order process. A photo taken on your mobile phone will be absolutely fine, as long as it's well-lit and in focus!

Usually we can make it work, but we want you to be happy with the result. So if the photo you've sent is problematic, we'll contact you via email before we start engraving.

We're a small company and each piece is made with care. Usually we take 2 full working days for engraving and sending it off – and then the Royal Mail takes over. We aim for 5 working days from getting your image to you receiving it. If you send us a clear image from the start it will definitely help to speed things up ♡

Unfortunately we can't provide a preview, but rest assured, we will craft the artwork and engraving with great care and attention to detail to closely match the photo you’ve provided.
