We're a small company and each piece is made to order and with engraved with care. If you send us a clear image from the start it will definitely help to speed things up ♡

Returns

14-Day Returns: You can return items within 14 days of receipt of purchased, as long as it is in the original packaging and fit for resale. If you'd like to return an item, please let us know and send us an email.

Personalised pieces are not returnable. These are made custom for you and therefore we are unable to accept returns or refunds on these. If personalised pieces are faulty upon arrival, please get in touch with us and we do what we can to rectify this.
