Free delivery within the UK! Standard Delivery: Approximately 5 business days ( 1 week)
Above mentioned delivery time includes the production, artwork-checks & engraving.
We're a small company and each piece is made to order and engraved with care. If you send me a clear image from the start it will definitely help to speed things up ♡
Please note that I currently only sell within the UK.

14-Day Returns: You can return items within 14 days of receipt of purchased, as long as it is in the original packaging and fit for resale. If you'd like to return an item, please let me know and send me an email.

Personalised pieces are not returnable. These are made custom for you and therefore I am unable to accept returns or refunds on these. If personalised pieces are faulty upon arrival, please get in touch with me and I do what I can to rectify this.
