Once you’ve uploaded your photo, we take care of everything. Your image is carefully converted into a clean, high-quality vector design, specially prepared for engraving. Every detail is refined with precision and care to ensure your personalised jewellery beautifully reflects your original memory.

Once your design is finalised, we begin the engraving process. This is where your memory is carefully etched into your chosen piece of jewellery – bringing your personalised keepsake to life with lasting detail and meaning.

FAQ
How do I upload my photo?
It's super simple. You can upload your photo of the handwriting, drawing or pet's paw print directly during the order process. A photo taken on your mobile phone will be absolutely fine, as long as it's clear and in focus!
What if my image isn't clear?
Usually we can make it work, but we want you to be happy with the result. So if the photo you've sent is problematic, we'll contact you via email before we start engraving.
How long does it take?
We're a small company and each piece is made with care. Usually we take 2 full working days for engraving and sending it off – and then the Royal Mail takes over. If you send us a clear image from the start it will definitely help to speed things up ♡
Do I get a preview?
Unfortunately we can't provide a preview, but rest assured, we will craft the artwork and engraving with great care and attention to detail to closely match the photo you’ve provided.
